By booking a service with Lak-i Travels, you agree to the following terms. These conditions ensure we provide the highest level of safety and punctuality for all our guests.

1. Booking & Confirmations

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Email from our team.

2. Airport Pickups (Bandaranaike International Airport)

• Flight Tracking: We monitor all flight schedules in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.

• Waiting Time: We provide a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from the time your flight lands. If you are delayed at immigration or baggage claim beyond this, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately.

We understand that travel plans change. Our policy is as follows:

4. Service Specifics

• City-to-City: These are direct transfers. While short rest stops are permitted, significant detours will be treated as a "Tourist Destination Transfer" and may incur additional charges.

• Tourist Destination Transfers: These bookings include flexibility for scenic photos and brief cultural stops. However, entry fees to attractions and meals are not included in the transport price.

• Vehicle Capacity: Please ensure you book a vehicle large enough for your group and luggage. We reserve the right to refuse service if the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s safety capacity.

5. Passenger Conduct & Safety

• Zero Tolerance: Our drivers have the right to refuse service to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.

• No Smoking: For the comfort of all future guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our vehicles.

• Safety Belts: For your protection, seatbelts must be worn at all times during the journey.

6. Limitations of Liability

While we strive for perfect punctuality,Lak-i Travels is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, road closures, or unexpected traffic accidents.
